Arnica Essential Oil

A highly toxic essential oil that is never used in aromatherapy.

You can get a Arnica hydrolat or infused oil and use it for a massage for bruises, sprains and sore muscles.

It should never be used on broken skin no matter if it is in a hydrolat, infused oil, or a salve or oinment with it in it.
