What are the Benefits of
Evening Primrose Oil?

Evening Primrose Oil (Oenothera biennis) is found in North America and was once known as the “King’s Cure All.”

Contains GLA so it is a wonderful source of essential fatty acids and a great moisturizer. It is good to use on all skin types, especially mature skin.

It is most often taken internally in capsule form but is very beneficial to use topically on the skin. It is moisturizing, softening and healing for the skin and helps build up protection against epidermal dehydrations.

It can be used in a massage for menstrual and pre-menstrual problems, used in creams and lotions for eczema and psoriasis and other skin ailments. It can also help with reducing the rate of your blood clotting.

Use it in your hand and body lotions, facial moisturizing creams and cleaners, nail treatments and add it to your massage oil.

You can use this oil in a 10% solution adding it to other lighter 100% use oils. This oil is very expensive.
