What are the Benefits of
Olive Oil?

Olive Oil (Olea europaea) is obtained from the green olive fruit and is extracted by cold pressing. It is found in the Mediterranean. The cosmetic and nutritional benefits of this oil have been known since Roman times.

Olives yield between 15-40% of oil rich in aleic acid. The oil contains vitamins, minerals and protein. This enables it to moisturize and protect and to be deeply nourishing and soothing to the skin.

It is suitable for all skin types, and is especially beneficial for dry and neglected skin. This oil is also useful for lubrication in conditions like rheumatism and arthritis.

Use this oil in you skin moisturizer, hair conditioner, body and hand lotions and creams.

You can use this oil in a 10% solution adding it to other lighter 100% use oils.
