What are the Benefits of
Peanut Oil?

Peanut Oil(also known as Groundnut or Arachis) (Arachis hypogaea) is obtained from the legume (nut) and originated in South America. The oil is extracted by cold pressing.

It is a mild anti-fungal and has a high nutritional profile. It contains 35-72% oleic acid and a wide variety of fatty acids, some which are almost unique to this oil. Because of its penetration quality it is beneficial for getting the essential oils into the circulatory system.

Use it in massage oil. It is mainly used in the food industry but is used in aromatherapy because of its low price (but because of supply and demand the price is increasing).

You can use this oil in a 100% solution. Some people are sensitive to this oil.
